Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and a courtesy to other clients. We want to make sure you receive the benefits of your full service and that others following your appointment will have the same opportunity. We suggest you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete the necessary health/history forms. For your convenience, we also offer "standing" appointments if you desire regular monthly or weekly appointments. If you ever feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please let us know.
If you have never been to a spa before, knowing some of the proper procedures can help you know how to proceed. When you arrive for your appointment, we will review our services with you so you're familiar with everything we offer. Your safety and comfort are always our primary concerns; we will review any paperwork and medical information you might want us to clarify. If you are getting lash extensions, facial skin care, or many other cosmetic treatments, don't wear makeup to your appointment to streamline the process. Plan your other appointments accordingly; if you're planning on an hour-long spin class or a challenging hike, don't schedule your spa treatment earlier in the day. Try to book early to ensure that you get an end-of-day appointment to keep your relaxed feelings alive into the evening.
Scheduling and timely rendering of our services is an integral part of our customer satisfaction.
Your appointment time is RESERVED especially for you. To avoid charges, we request a minimum of 12 hours notice for any single service cancellation/reschedule and a minimum of 24 hours for multiple services or spa package cancellation/reschedule. Late cancellations or failure to show will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) fee. Cosmetic or Laser services will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee, or a flat $75 fee (the lesser of the two).

Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions (pregnancy, disabilities, injuries, allergies, hypertension, etc.) when scheduling your appointment(s). If you are unable to walk stairs please inform us when scheduling so we can book the appropriate room.
Age Requirement and Children
Guests must be at least 18 years of age; otherwise parental approval is required for treatment. Children not receiving treatment are not allowed in the spa.
Comfort
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping techniques are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist.
Cell Phones
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the spa.
Confidentiality
We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal and medical information confidential and well secured.
Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. If so inclined, our front desk will be happy to process your tips. Unless noted, gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Gift Certificates
For your convenience all gift certificates are issued in the form of a Waterford gift card. Gift Certificates are vaild for ONE year from issue date. You must present this card when redeeming your certificate. Gift certificates are not refundable for cash once purchased, but are transferable and may be used to pay for either services or products.
